6 pounds!! WTF???????

I can not seem to understand this at all! Last week the scale said "I gained over 3 lbs," this week it said "I lost 6 pounds" and I ate almost, like a pig! I had ice cream everyday this week but one, and I mean a lot of ice cream! {note to self : time to get off the ice cream!!}



Oh, well, 6 pounds, I'm certainly going to take it! It just so freaking confusing! I know Monday I must have walked 3 miles, we (Rita, Jamie, and I) went to Charles Town, WV. and gambled!!!! It was a nice day, Gillian was there also for awhile, I even manage to come home with a little winnings, not much, but it was nice to win something instead of losing!



Today I went to the WW meeting at 12 noon instead of the one in the evening. I know I weigh less then, and I need to weigh less as much as possible.



See, now I am in a pickle, I want to weigh in at 12:00, but I want to go at 5:30 meeting, with the rest of the losers. I wonder if I would be arrested if I came twice in one day? Once for weigh in, once for meeting?? I guess it would be okay, who cares anyway? The Weight Watchers Po-Po Man?





Hey, did you check out the graph of Losers??? I know everyone's weight is not actuate, just email me or post reply your actual weight and I will correct it. Also, I know of a few other people who are losing weight (and doing a fine job of it too!) if you want me to add your name to the losers just let me know. No problem!!!



I will need some of you sistas, to help me brain storm a time/place to get a little exercise in. I need something so low keyed that we are almost not exercising! Nap area would be nice too.... I tend to keep to a schedule if someone is joining me... hint, hint.........?????

Maybe a Loser Workout Session?? Or something, anyone interested??????? Anyone want to head or organize it??? Don't be shy!!!

You are such a good writer...using all the catch phrases and big words, maybe you should be an author. Oh you are an author of your own scrapbooks, how could I forget.

I did not see a weight lose graph, you can add me on...I lost 1.8 lbs this week for a total of 21.8. Yahoo! It is on RITA!

Exercise...hmmmm.....I have an idea maybe you could do gardening everyday, I know you love that and it would not seem like exercise. Volunteer at Greenwell State Park doing some gardening, planting flowers and pulling weeds, you would even be giving back to the community.

Your blog is my life. Oh yeah, pull your pants up!

Hey Ruth, Went to WW today, I didn't lose ,but I didn't gain either. I'll try harder next week.

Hey, Becky girl! Beleive you me, you probably did lose but them scales ain't always right!! Next week you will have a big lost. It's like your electric bill, if they don't charge you enough one month, it will balance out next month!

What was your toatl loss anyway, I am too lazy to look threw the bloggs? Sorry, but I am! I want to make sure your number are correct on my graph.... Keep on keeping on!! Love ya!

hey ruth i lost another 2 lbs which brings my total up to 17.5 lbs and yes it does make a difference when you weigh in..i go on saturday mornings at 9:30 the earlier the less i weigh..maybe its because i wont eat or drink until i step on the scales..hahahah congrats on your weight loss. i do ladies workout express n they will work with on what you feel you can do..love ya!!!
