Hello All.......

Went to WW this evening, I am so proud of Rita, she really worked hard this week on her diet, and it paid off she lost 3.6 pounds!! You go girl!!!!!

I am not unhappy with my results, I gained .6. This past week I have had 3 cheesbugers, 5 hot dogs, and samplings of apple pies..... So, I am happy. Now, this week I will be back to the grind, I want to eat some salads this week, I haven't had any like for 2 weeks! I also need to drink my water! I am happy that this week seems to be more consistant, than the past weeks. I also need to get in a couple more walks in this week. I asked my cousin Donna, who is a jazzerise instructor, to help me with some low impact training. I figure if I keel over she is also a nurse, she could at least dial 911 correctly!! We need to work out the details. So more to come!

Richard has been working so hard in the kitchen, he installed the new micowave/oven in the wall, after litterly having to move the wall so it would fit. He is now removing the old wall paper, patching holes, and painting! Maybe I will snap a picture of him and post it for you. He is getting up super early in the morning 3:45am, he's going out on a charter boat fishing. I hope the rain and wind (if we get it) holds off so he can have a wonderful day! He really deserves it! He is excited about going! I hope he gets lots of fish! I can not get enough fish!
