Everything has been slow, been packing my stuff up to go to O.City!! Can't wait! I go to WW at noon on Tuesday this week, so we will see how i did. Cross your fingers, I really hope there is NO gain at least 1 pound lost! Seen my beautiful sister Tammy Friday night, she is just melting away! She is as light as a feather these days, she just glides along. Keep it up my sister!
Btw, Tommy my brother, got a 5 point buck out back of my barn in the woods. Now, Ben is driving us crazy!! Can we go hunting??? Blah, Blah!!! Write more after WW. Wish me lots and lots of good luck! Those of you who really love me!! Love you - mean it!

hey ruth, so sorry to hear about willie..mom, dad and all of us lost ding a few weeks back and we all know how you are feeling...congrats to all of you on your weight lost..i am having a real hard time lately...up n down, up n down...getting very frustrated n tired...still working out n i guess i can say i have lost inches but not weight... feel real down lately... hope all of you are well... debbie
