Here Comes The Bride..........

On Saturday I went to my cousin Debbie's Bridal Shower! We had lots of fun, playing present bingo and we also played a game where you had to find items in your purse, if you had them you received points, the one with the most wins!!! Which of course was not me!!! But, that is okay too! Debbie received lots of really nice gifts for her and Andy's life together!! Enjoy!

Here is a picture of Debbie and her granddaughter Gabby. Gabby made this wonderful picture for her grandmother, look and see how talented she is!! Not to mention how cute she is, brains and beauty there is no stopping this chick!!!

Saturday night Rita, Jamie, Richard, and I went to my favorite restaurant to eat, bet you don't know which one it is????? Salsas of course! Then we went to St. Mary's Landing to play some slots, which according to bar owners they ARE NOT slots, they are instant bingo machines, well I never heard anyone yell BINGO! But I did wittiness alot of money, (the folding kind) going into machines and these reels spinning, and you either won or you did not. No BINGO'S , No ripping of pull tabs, and No place to play! The machines were packed! You had to wait for someone to get off a machine, and slide in their seat real fast to get a chance to play. Everyone was having fun there though, I saw no bad element of people there. No one seem to be addicted to the machines or pan handling money for another spin.

Oh did I mention the bar side of the restaurant was packed also? I also saw lots of people having fun drinking a few drinks, and shooting the bull. I think the state should let grown adults be responsible for themselves. If they can make the decision to go in a bar and drink and use enough common sense to not to drive home, surely they can play slots, "I mean instant winning games" and not loose the farm. Let adults be adults!!!!

Okay that's enough of me being on the "soap box"!!! I fail to mention, Jamie won $400.00 on the quarter machine!!! Go girl!

Okay I have to go get ready for my doctors appointment, so I have to stop blogging right now, until later love you-mean it!!!
