I really have been feeling pretty good the last 24 hours. I don't know why but things have been so mellow.
Now that there are only 2 teenagers left in my home, the stress has just lifted. I can actually spend some time with Nicki and Ben and enjoy their company. Usually I am so stressed I can't deal with them but a few minutes before the irritation sets in.
They are enjoying the one on one attention. Nicki, those of you that, know, she usually spends all her time in her room and we hardly ever see her. The last few weeks she is just hanging out with us, watching TV, helping in the kitchen, and I forgot to mention this..... She has all A's and B's in ALL OF HER CLASSES!!!!!!!! I am so proud of her! I am so happy for her. She is proud of herself as well. As she should be! SHE IS ROCKIN!
The weather here has been beautiful, the start of fall, you can feel it in the air. It makes you excited about what the weather might bring this winter.
Our puppy PIXEL (aka Pixie) is doing great, she is the master of ball fetching. She has even graduated to 2 balls at a time. We have a doggie door, that leads to a small fenced area in our back yard, for doggie business. There is a ramp she has to climb down and up to get inside and out. Well, Pixie is so funny, she takes her ball to the top of the ramp and drops it so she can go fetch it, then she does it over and over! She is so smart and she is working out so well for us. We just love her, Richard has really fell in love with her. And Guess what? I am not even jealous, cause I love her too!
