Busy, Busy, Busy..................

I had a really busy week, on Saturday, I had my All Day Crop. So there was lots of cooking, cleaning, setting up, and preparing to do. I think the day went wonderful! A lot of ladies got pages, cards, and albums completed! And lots of laughing! Oh, we played "The Price Is Right" I placed a group of Creative Memories products up "for Bid" The contestant closest to the retail price without going over, won that round. Our first round there was a tie, the winners were, Tammy and Angela. Then our second round Ginger came closest! So we had Tammy, Angela, and Ginger in the Showcase Showdown! Soooooo exciting!!! So our Showcase winner was Angela! It was great fun, I even played the theme song to the price is right! Of course I was the host Ruth Barker!

Of course there was lots of good food and desserts. Everything I made I did try to keep it low calorie, as much as possible. I believe everyone left full! It was lots of fun, and I will be doing another one soon!

On Sunday, because "The Skins" were on a bye week, and it was so nice out side we decide, Richard and I, to do some garden work. We dug all the sweet potatoes, which I was very happy with. I think we done well, considering this was the first time I ever planted them and the drought. Then we pulled the green bean vines up and picked the last of those. We picked the peppers, and Lima beans! YUM! We love Lima beans, or like Geraldine says "butter beans"!

So as you can see, I have peppers to can now. I still haven't done any of my apples yet! But I will, that is the great thing about them they will keep, until I am ready!And we are still getting some cucumbers....... This is the size I like them!

Look how big that Sweet Potato is! That was the only one we got that big. But I wanted to show it off anyway!

Okay I guess you are sick of looking at my pictures by now. I just wanted to show you what lots, and lots, of hard work can do! Tomorrow I go to have oral surgery!! Yahoooooo! can hardly wait!! RIGHT! NOT!!!! I hope it is quick and painless, and I also hope I have recovered from it in one hour! Yeah, that's what I am going to do, one hour!! Until later, love you- mean it!
