A quick update..
Can you believe I lost 4.8 lbs?!? That is the exact amount I gained last week? This is so damn aggravating, I guess we will see what next week says. I would love to get under 390 mark. I don't think it will happen this week, but it will happen! Okay you losers out there, keep it up! You are extraordinary great! Love you-mean it!
