Ok, I was so pissed when I went to WW this week! According the their reading of my scale I gained 2.4lbs! I say No, frinking way!!!!!!! I did good all week except for the ice cream cone, but that still should have carried over to flex points! I have worked my ass off around here all week! It just really makes me mad, this, lose 3 pounds one week, gain 2 pounds next week! 4 weeks ago I gained 4.8lbs, 3 weeks ago I lost 4.8lbs, last week I lost 3.6lbs, this week I gain 2.4lbs,....It doesn't make any sense to me. I am a logical person, so I only understand logical explanations..... GGGGGRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!! Rita gain .2lbs, this week too. That really doesn't have anything to do with my weight but, I thought I would add that also. And it doesn't make me feel any better! So, here's where the revenge eating comes in........ We go to Wendy's for dinner, (me, Richard, and the kids) I eat a #2, double cheese burger, extra large order of fries, lots of ketchup, and on the way home I have a Drumstick Ice cream cone! Did that make me feel better? No, but I felt like I might as well eat that kind of crap, for all the good it did this week! Now, take that! Weight Watchers!!!
Now, with all that said and done, I will start Wednesday off, as a new day, cause it is! I will go right back on my WW points, drink my water, like a good solider, and do what is right. Hopefully, next week when I go the scales will feel really bad for what they put me through this week and say I lost 10lbs! You think it will?? Love you-mean it!
It starts here!!!

Ruth,
Keep working at it, the results will come! It is hard to be patient with this weight loss thing, but that it what we must do. Try your best everyday, and if today is not so good then start again tomorrow. I have to admit that I was curious about your icecream from Kone Island. According to Dottie's a Dipped Cone: Large (710 cal/36 g fat/0 g fiber/85 g carbs) 17 points. Do you think it was worth 17 pts? We have to learn to treat ourself in ways other than food. One of my favorite sayings I heard at WW, "If it's not hunger, food won't fix it". I am very proud of you and what you have accomplished thus far! Keep on keeping on, you can do it!
Love ya, mean it!

Great advice Tammy! You are so smart.

I weigh myself only in the morning. In the evening, anything, even drinking a bunch of water during the day can affect your weight.
