I have been keeping to my gym scheduled. I have been going twice a day except Saturday because they close at noon. And of course not at all on Sunday they are closed that day. But I was up and at the gym this morning! And I will be there this afternoon as well, even though it is cold and dreary here, the kind of weather you want to sleep and keep a nice warm blanket on you all day!
Not to mention I am totally wiped out anyway. We went to Dover Delaware yesterday and got home after 1am. That's okay I will make it through! I need to get all my scrappin stuff together for my trip to Ocean City this week!! Can't wait! 5 days of SCRAPPIN!!!!! What else could a person want???????????

My little sister Tammy and her husband Rick are expecting a new baby this year!!! Yep, little Justin will be having a sibling!!!! They are very excited as we all are, cause WE ARE HAVING A BABY!!!!!!!! More updates sure to follow as Tammy's protruding belly, gives us more and more news!!!

Ruth I am way proud of you today to actually have the energy to go work out I am dog tired!!! Hey has any got the Bob Dole answer for the trivia yet I noticed has not changed. Anyway keep up the good work it is way cool you are facing the tiger and winning!!!!
