Update...
Hey guys, did you notice this morning when you were going to work the traffic was a little heavy than normal??!!??? That was because I was on the road, on my way to the gym!!!! I was there at 645am, I was the 1st person there, not even the people who worked there was there yet. They were late!! My plan is to be back there this afternoon at 330pm. Love ya_mean it!

I have to say the same thing. YOU GO GIRL!!!! You are making the first major step in a long up hill walk. Always remember you can do it. If you make a step backwards just make two forward and you will get to the goal. I am really proud of you and I have faith that you will meet your goal! Take it one step at a time.
