FOOD, FOOD, FOOD,!!!!!

Hey there just wanted to fill you in on my catering tonight, I was suppose to cook for 60 people, even though I thought it was more like 75 people. It still turned out great! I do know I will not do ho'dovers (I know I spelt that wrong) again for that many people, and if I do it will be for more money. It really was time consuming and expensive. I know everyone was super happy with the food, the only thing left was the veggie tray, pickles, & Olives. The taco bar was a huge hit!



Rita and Richard helped me out a great deal, couldn't done it without them, and I really couldn't of , after I burned my hand. Not too bad now, just enough to really aggravate you.



Tomorrow we are having a cookout, pulled pork sandwiches!!!! And of course all the fixings!!

okay that is it for now....



Oh, yeah Friday night me and my Super Friend Kay had the best time scrapping, I have a new way to get my pages done faster, which to me, is Super Cool, boy I can roll along now. I got 6 pages done, that's even with us leaving for a while, coming back home, and even stopping


scrapping to have a fanstic dinner. Got to tell you what we had!!! "The World's Best Soft Crabs" they were so fricking good, Richard fried them for us, for now on he is the offical soft crab cooker in this trailer!!!

I can't even tell you how many pages Kay finsh. I can't count that high!!!
