The Past 24......................

It has been a very active / busy 24 hours. On Sunday we had our cookout which was a huge success!! The kids were playing ball, and riding the 4 wheelers. We did have an incident on the 4 wheeler, Nicki's boy-friend was goofing around with it, and it flipped over. Lucky he was in the field, and landed on the grass. He did get a little road rash, (I mean grass rash) on his back, and his head was hurting him some. But he is all well today. no wear for tear. Of course after that, they had to slow it down, and take it easy!!!

Sunday was so beautiful, the weather was gorgeous! We stayed out side until after 9pm, the cold air ran us in. Then we played cards for a while. We had a massive rubber band fight, shooting them at each other. But of course NO ONE was a loud to shoot any at ME!!

Then the partying began. We picked out songs, mostly classic country songs and sang them, we sang them loud and strong, with feelings and emotions! You know the kind of singing you do with a wooden spoon, or a hair brush when no one is looking. It was super, super fun! This went on for over 2 hours. I sang so much that, my throat went hoarse. It was way after mid-night before thing started to settle down. We had a great time!

Then this morning I was up early around 9, (which is early for me) we had to go to Lowe's to get some paint. Well, at the stop light we saw a woman riding a motorcycle get wiped out. We think she was trying to hurry up threw a yellow light, but the light turned red, instead of going threw the red light, she really hit the brakes, which took the bike out from under her, and it slid, I know, 40 feet away, and she hit the road, her head banged the black top and she slid. Road rash for her. She couldn't of weigh more that 105 pounds. She did get up and seemed alright and there was divinely damage done to her bike. I think, it could of been a lot worst, thank God it wasn't.

I also found out today, my cousin Jimmy and his girl friend Linda are expecting. This is their second child. We are happy for them!!!! :) CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

We painted today, rototiller the garden, bring in all the lawn furniture from the cookout and cleaned that all up. Planted a lot of stuff in the garden. We are trying to get it in before it rains again.
I scrapbook some, watched TV, and talked to my friends on the phone.
Now I think I am ready for bed, so until next time.......LOVE-YOU-MEAN-IT!!!!
